Meet the Team
Eric Gensheimer
Broker & Accredited Luxury Home Specialist
Eric is the owner and broker of Tameric Realty and has been a licensed agent for over 20 years and a broker for over 17 years. He earned his business degree from Baylor University with a major in Finance and Real Estate. Eric's reputation for integrity, market knowledge, strategic negotiating, hard work and professional service has built a solid foundation of clients and referrals.
Prior to opening his own brokerage, Eric had a successful career in the technology industry as a corporate account executive and sales manager. Effectively building and managing accounts with annual sales exceeding $20 million.
In addition to being an active member of St. Mary’s Church, Eric has given his time as a coach and board member of Montgomery Little League as well as his neighborhood property owners association. In his spare time, Eric enjoys cycling and water skiing. He participated in the MS-150 for the first time at age 50 and has been known to barefoot ski.
Tammy Gensheimer
Agent, Certified Luxury Real Estate Agent
Tammy has been a licensed agent for over 10 years and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors.
She has over 15 years of experience in corporate inside sales and operations management. Tammy specializes in applying her background in professional customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills to help ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.
In addition to being an active member of St. Mary’s Church, Tammy has given her time to various organizations in her community as a girl scout leader, a Montgomery Cotillion director, and board member of the Montgomery High School Belles Booster Club. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys photography, reading, gathering with friends and living life on the lake with her husband and two children, Brian and Lauren.
